We want you to be obsessed with your new dark fashion, but if something isn't quite right, we offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that certain items like intimates, earrings, and cosmetics are final sale for hygiene reasons.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring you include the provided return slip inside the parcel.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label (where applicable) and drop off your package at the designated courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our coven inspects your return at the warehouse, we will process your refund or store credit within 7-10 business days.
